Aqualand - Alcantarilha
It is one of the largest water parks in Europe and is more like a theme park than Slide and Splash and Aqua Show. Some very big named rides like the Kamikazee (95m high slide in 4 seconds), Anaconda (a very long corkscrew) and the interesting Banzaii Boggan which sees you skimming across the top of the water after flying down a ramp.

Aqualand can be found on the EN125 near Alcantarilha (Armação de Pera), 15 Km from Albufeira.
Open from 26th May to 12th September 2008 from 10.00 h to 18.00 h.
There are plenty of additional pools to laze away the day when you are not trying out their main rides.

Aqualand has some of the Algarve's highest and longest slides - the Kamikaze and the Banzai.

what date were u there in may?
last time i was here it was great.. we wernt waiting in any lines or anything, because there was only a handfull of people there in may.. so i cant wait to go back again.. this time with friends yeah..x
